We're a family-run mobile coffee trailer serving Bristol, Gloucestershire and Somerset with heartfelt brews and mouth-watering cakes. We only have family members or very close friends in our trailer. Sometimes, you can find three generations of family serving in the 'shack!'

Kayleigh has built her career working on airplanes, in restaurants, and in bustling cafés. She brings a wealth of experience and energy to the family coffee shack. At home, she balances it all while being mum to three lively boys under eleven. Kayleigh is also a talented baker with a creative touch.

Chris spent 16 years smashing runs as a professional cricketer for Gloucestershire. Fans still remember his skill and dedication on the pitch. Now retired, he’s passing on that knowledge through the Chris Dent Pro Cricket Academy. When he’s not coaching the next generation, you’ll spot him in the family coffee trailer. He brings the same focus and teamwork from cricket into every cup he serves.

Steve has worked across many different sectors as a learning professional. He spent five years gaining valuable experience in the food industry. That knowledge now adds depth to the 'shack'. A passionate golfer, Steve brings the same focus to his craft.

Helen has dedicated her career to nursing, caring for patients with compassion. She now balances part-time nursing with helping at the 'shack'. Her calm, reliable nature makes her a steady presence in both roles.
